Mr Rudolph , never promised my back would be better but he did say it would be better than it was at the time of my operation , and it has been 100% better now I can get on with living without pain anymore . Thank you Mr Rudol. I can’t think of anything that the service I received could be better . I would hope though if there is a Next time I would be able to use the nhs

I cannot recommend Mr Rudol enough. From the initial first consultation, his calm and friendly approach, has guided me through what turned out to be a very straightforward process. He fully explained the risks of surgery and the options available to me if i chose not to undertake surgery. Once i made my decision he fully supported both myself and my husband in what would happen next. More than anything he gave me the feeling that i could trust him 100%. He was honest, balanced and extremely caring. I had suffered from 12 months of back pain before I decided to seek help. I had my operation at 4pm on a friday afternoon. By 8am the following morning i was showered and walking around pain free. I told him i felt like a new woman

Mr Rudol is the reason I can walk today, and because of that the entire reason i'm even still alive. Anyone who's heard me say that says 'Oh no, you're the one with the strength... blah blah blah', but if I didn't have complete utter faith and trust in Greg Rudol I wouldn't have been able to muster any of the drive I had to push at all. Not an ounce. He silently make me feel as though I could do anything when other doctors/consultants could say all the words in the world and not make me feel quite so sure of myself. I would trust Mr Rudol with my life time after time and I truly believe that he would do his upmost best every single second to make my life the best it could be. Countless times he listened to me wobble and cry and say 'enough is enough' and countless times he rushed to my bedside to CARE about what I was going through, pre and post-op, even when i'm sure he could've sent someone else to check for him, he made the time. Always. He pushed for what was best for me all the way through the last 3 years and even before discharging me advised other specialists on how they can best help me, even though he had no need to be physically in charge of that anymore. He doesn't just care about what he can do for you, he cares about what YOU can do for you. I am eternally grateful, and forever a little bit sad that, hopefully, I won't have to be his patient anymore.

Mr Rudol has provided me with an exceptional experience. He's been clear, concise, helpful, positive and informative at every level. He's made me feel like he's gone out of his way for me and has been understanding and brilliant all the way for me. I was extremely nervous and anxious about my initial operation, having had some not great experiences previously with the NHS and other operations (for different things), and was in a great deal of pain and hugely frustrated at not getting any results with my condition and the length of time it seemed to be taking to get nowhere. As soon as I was referred to Mr Rudol, it was a breath of fresh air. He was polite, he took the time to explain exactly what was on the MRI scan, what it meant, what they could do etc. He demonstrated what he would be doing and what the risks were, but his manner was such that he was reassuring, confident and put all my fears to rest. Since having the operation, I couldn't be happier. THe scar is non existent, the pain has disappeared and that particular problem has been totally solved and I am delighted. The post operative care and follow ups has been great, again Mr Rudol has been patient and helpful and very personable. He's helped with suggestions for further (separate) back issues I have and directed me down the route I need to go and has made time for me and treated me as if I matter. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone and everyone (and indeed have). Thank you so much.
